Q1. Dave listed some environmental causes of hopelessness or depression. Do you feel like any of these contribute to you feeling hopeless at times?

Q4. Are you ready for transformation to take place in your life? If not, why?
Q5. Are you keeping yourself from experiencing freedom by holding onto guilt or shame from mistakes you have made or fear of being unworthy?
Q6. What lie, sickness, or secret is keeping you from being free?
Q7. Are you ready to let that lie, sickness, or secret go? If not, Why?
Action Step: Reject the lie that’s crippling you and Refocus with thankfulness for God’s forgiveness. Talk to God about it, don’t keep talking to yourself about it.
Question 2 may be tough. Maybe spend more time on this one. It's okay to let the silence get awkward.
